This Event Entertainment Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between North Beach Independent Media / Shores Gone Country (“Organizer”) and Justin / Jusby the Clown (“Performer”).

1. Services
The Performer agrees to provide live entertainment and interactive performance services at Shores Gone Country on August 29, 2026.
Services may include audience interaction, live entertainment, clown performance, and operation of the Performer’s booth/performance area, consistent with the services previously discussed and agreed upon between the Performer and Organizer.
The Performer agrees to arrive with sufficient time to complete setup before the agreed performance and event activities begin.

2. Compensation and Payment
The total agreed compensation for the Performer’s services is $700.00.
- Total Performance Fee: $700.00
- Deposit Received: $100.00
- Remaining Balance: $600.00
- Payment Date: August 29, 2026
The Organizer acknowledges receipt of the $100.00 deposit, which reserves the Performer for the August 29, 2026 event.
The remaining balance of $600.00 will be paid on August 29, 2026, immediately after the Performer has arrived at the event location and completed setup of the Performer’s booth/performance area.
Payment of the remaining balance is contingent upon the Performer’s arrival and completion of setup for the scheduled event.
3. Performer Responsibilities
The Performer agrees to:
- Arrive at the event at the mutually agreed-upon arrival/load-in time.
- Complete setup of the Performer’s booth and/or performance area.
- Be prepared to provide the agreed entertainment services during the scheduled event.
- Provide any personal performance equipment, props, costumes, merchandise, or other materials normally required for the Performer’s services unless otherwise agreed upon with the Organizer.
- Conduct the performance and interactions with event attendees in a professional and appropriate manner.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
The Organizer agrees to provide reasonable event-day accommodations and information necessary for the Performer to provide the agreed services, including:
- Load-in and parking instructions.
- A designated location for the Performer’s booth/performance area.
- Access to the event area at the agreed load-in time.
- An onsite contact person for event-day coordination.
- Any other event-specific arrangements previously agreed upon by both parties.
Final event logistics may be communicated separately to the Performer before arrival.
5. Cancellation or Failure to Perform
If the Performer is unable to attend or perform as scheduled, the Performer agrees to notify the Organizer as soon as reasonably possible.
The $600.00 remaining balance will not be due if the Performer does not arrive and complete setup for the August 29, 2026 event.
Any refund or treatment of the $100.00 deposit in the event of cancellation will be determined according to any cancellation terms previously agreed upon by the parties. If no separate cancellation terms were established, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter.

6. Changes to Services
Any significant change to the event date, compensation, performance requirements, or agreed services must be mutually agreed upon by both the Organizer and Performer.
Minor event-day adjustments involving booth placement, performance location, timing, or event logistics may be coordinated between the Performer and the Organizer’s onsite representative.

7. Independent Service Provider
The Performer is providing services as an independent service provider and is not an employee of North Beach Independent Media, Shores Gone Country, or the event Organizer.
The Performer is responsible for their own business operations, equipment, materials, taxes, insurance, and other obligations associated with providing their services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement reflects the understanding between the Organizer and Performer regarding the entertainment services to be provided at Shores Gone Country on August 29, 2026.
Any additional services, compensation, or material changes not included in this Agreement must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
